TextLens AI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to use our services for your personal or internal business purposes. You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to reverse engineer or scrape our underlying AI models.
- Share your account credentials with third parties.
2. AI Generated Content
Ownership: You retain all rights to the input you provide to the services. Subject to your compliance with these Terms, TextLens AI assigns to you all its right, title, and interest in and to the output generated by the services based on your input.
Accuracy: Artificial Intelligence is a rapidly evolving field. We work constantly to improve our services to be more accurate, reliable, safe, and beneficial. However, given the probabilistic nature of machine learning, use of our services may in some situations result in incorrect output that does not accurately reflect real people, places, or facts.
3. Accounts and Subscriptions
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis (such as monthly or annually). You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account dashboard.
4. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms.
5. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall TextLens AI, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
